Is this the start of something good?

My name is Antony Joyce, I have 17 years in I.T. under my belt. I have worked in a variety of roles including software development, IT management, SysAdmin/Technical Lead and lately technical architecture. I work for a great company called ioko, I work on some very interesting and rewarding projects which tend to be at the "bleeding edge" of technology. I cover a range of technologies around the delivery of media platforms. Amongst other things, I am a VMware VCP, I have a joint honours degree in Computing, am happily married to a beautiful lady called Deena, have a keen interest in motorbikes and am the proud owner of a ‘07 Yamaha YZF-R1 and a Honda CBR600.

My colleagues will confirm that I hold true to the “work hard, play hard” philosophy.

I work on a very wide and varied range of hardware and software but my main interests, dare I say it expertise lie with:-

Software
Majority of core Microsoft Server products including SQL and BizTalk, I am particularly interested in Microsoft ISA Server, Zeus ZXTMs, Media Streaming technologies such as WMSS and Flash.

Hardware
Windows based Clusters and SANs are my thing. I specifically like HP EVAs although I have work with all the major storage vendors. I have a keen interest in IT security, load balancing with a leaning towards layer7, virtualisation on VMware ESX 3.5 and now dare I say it Microsoft Hyper-V.
